Organisational and community development consultant and facilitator working with not for profit organisations, regeneration partnerships, local authorities and public bodies.I wish to empower those at risk of not being listen to, by building common purpose with those holding power, influence or privileged knowledge. I passionately believe we can provide everyone with ways to participate effectively in our complex, fast changing society. I value social justice, openness and accountability.
A diverse range of work and life experiences has equipped me with the confidence to relish new challenges. Maintaining a varied and pressured workload has taught me to be organised, to keep clear goals in mind, and to focus on the underlying picture, rather than on first appearances.
